Cancellation / Change of Order

If your order has not been processed, you can cancel or change it by sending an timely email to [email protected] or by contacting directly by phone at 22210 39334. For security reasons, it is necessary to know the order code or the date of its execution and the name of the principal.

Product Changes

Product changes are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days from the day of sending the order. In this case and as long as there is no question of fault of RustyHook.gr , the additional transportation costs are borne by the customer. The product to be changed must not have been used, must be in the excellent condition in which it was delivered to you and must be included in its original packaging with the proof of purchase and all any accompanying forms. Once the product is checked and is in its original condition and packaging, we proceed to change the product. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. It is necessary to contact us before sending an item to inform us. The return package must definitely include your name and phone number so that our further relevant communication is possible.

NOTE: Changes or returns are not accepted as long as there is no fault of the store in ropes, tires and generally special orders. If the return / change conditions are not met, the product will be sent back to the sender at his own expense.

Request: Do not alter the packaging of the product by sticking vouchers or adhesive tapes directly on the packaging.

Product returns

You have the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of your order. The product to be returned must not have been used, must be in the excellent condition in which it was delivered to you and must be included in its original packaging with the proof of purchase and all any accompanying forms. Once the product is checked and is in its original condition and packaging, we proceed to return the product. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. It is necessary to contact us before sending an item to inform us. The return package must definitely include your name and phone number so that our further relevant communication is possible. In case of return of an item, the amount of its value without shipping and return costs will be deposited in your account or on your payment card, by arrangement.

Change – Returns process

Let us know by calling 22210 39334 or sending an email to [email protected] . You will be asked for your order code and invoicing details. Alternatively you can visit our store by submitting the necessary documents, where once the condition of the product is checked, you will be informed about further.

Product Warranty – Defective Products

All products you buy from us have a one-year warranty, unless the manufacturer or its dealer in Greece has a different policy. A purchase document is required for the warranty to be valid.

The guarantee does not cover:

a. all consumables that are either sold individually or as part of a product (eg the strap of a mask, the rod of a weapon or the glass of a lamp)

b. products used for a different use than that specified by the manufacturer

c. products that have been misused, transported or stored. Always read the instructions for use.

Defective products are those which, upon delivery, are defective * but which are not due to the customer or the transport. The final decision for the replacement / repair of the product is made by the respective representative. Shipping costs will not be borne by the customer in case of defective product.
