Are the products of the online store also available in the physical store?
Our physical store has a wide variety of products for every fishing technique and rich camping equipment, but can not offer all the products of our online store. If you wish to receive a specific product from our physical store, we suggest that you first confirm its availability. Alternatively you can order it electronically or by phone by choosing collection from the store.

We have a very wide variety of products and some of them may not exist on our website. Ask us for anything you are looking for and even if we do not have it we may order it for you.

By deposit in a bank account: Choose from the following the bank that serves you and deposit the final amount collected in the basket (along with the shipping). After completing your order online, you must deposit the total amount in the bank account of the company within three (3) working days. When filling in, please fill in the order number and / or your name. Cash on delivery: You can pay for your order with cash or card upon delivery of your products, to the courier distributor. This service is offered at a cost of € 2.00 and is available for orders up to € 200. If your order exceeds € 200, please choose one of the above payment methods. There is no possibility of cash on delivery for orders sent through a transport agency.
When will I receive the product I ordered?
When the product you ordered is in our store, the shipment is made the same day or the next – depending on the time when the order was made. Otherwise the shipping time ranges from 1 to 3 days. The vast majority of orders are executed within 48 hours.

Add in the “Coupon Code” field the code written on your coupon. By selecting “Use Coupon”, the discount will be automatically deducted from the total value of your order.

How can I return a product?

Once the product has been inspected and is in its original condition and packaging, we proceed to return the product. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. It is necessary to contact us before sending an item to inform us. The return package must definitely include your name and phone number so that our further relevant communication is possible. In case of return of an item, the amount of its value without shipping and return costs will be deposited in your account or on your payment card, by arrangement.
