Seam Grip 7g Repair Kit

The necessary set for repairs of all types.
Seam Grip® urethane adhesive provides a clean and elastic finish, suitable for permanent waterproof repairs to holes, cracks or seams in most types of camping equipment, such as tents, awnings, floors, backpacks, shoes, gloves, inflatables, slings skis and other waterproof clothes, neck and wrist seals, kites etc.

Instructions:

Preparation: Clean and dry the area to be repaired. Roughen the surface.

Holes and crevices: Create adhesive tape support. Fill in the gap and the 6mm area around it.
Keep the point horizontal and stationary. Remove the tape after the “treatment” is complete (8-12 hours).

Placing a patch: Apply Seam Grip® and then place the patch on the damaged area.
Wipe off the excess at the edges. The item can be used immediately.

High-stress areas: Apply a thin layer of Seam Grip® to the area.

Seams: Apply Seam Grip® inside the seam.
Use a brush or apply a thin layer directly from the tube.

Seam Grip® drying time: 8 to 12 hours. Check before use. Unprepared Seam Grip® can stick to clothes or other objects.

Patch drying time: In many cases, if the patch is used on a fabric, the article can be used immediately. Check the patches regularly.
