Aquasure 2 x 7gr
Urethane glue for repairs on watersports equipment.
Ideal for diving suits, neoprene accessories, waterproof clothes, inflatables, etc.
Instructions:
Clean the worn neoprene with McNett Cotol-240 ™. For non-woven surfaces, rough and then clean. Apply Aquasure® directly from the tube or with a brush. Allow to dry overnight (10-14 hours). For the 2-hour procedure, use a McNett Cotol-240 Accelerator.
Holes and crevices: Make support with adhesive tape. Fill the gap and the 5mm area around it with Aquasure. Remove the tape when it dries well.
Seams: Apply a drop of 2mm thickness overlapping the seam edges by at least 5mm. Apply a little pressure to fill the surface of the fabric.
Note: Avoid contact with skin. To remove Aquasure from your hands rub with a piece of cloth with 99% isopropyl alcohol and then wash with soap and water.
Caution: Aquasure is slippery when wet. For increased adhesion to shoes, sprinkle with sand ½ hour after application.
Storage: When opened, Aquasure will dry in the tube if not stored properly. Avoid contact with moisture. Push the contents towards the neck of the tube. Clean any leftovers and close tightly. Store in a dry place. To extend the shelf life, place the product in a bag in the refrigerator. Leave it at room temperature for 6 hours before use. At low temperatures the unused Aquasure will harden inside the tube. To restore it to its original state or to facilitate its flow, immerse the tube in hot water for 15 minutes or hold it with warm hands until it softens.
